Training

This package includes training courses for the project leader. There is also training provided for employees, food safety team members and internal auditors as described below. Your project leader will be able to log in and assign the training courses. They will enter the employee's name and email address and select which training courses that person should take. The employee will then be sent an email with their login information and can begin their online training.

"SQF Requirements and Implementation Training"

This training is designed to train your SQF Practitioner to lead the implementation project and includes the following modules: Introduction to SQF 2000 Requirements and Implementation Techniques, Understanding SQF, Introduction to PRPs, Principles of HACCP and Implementation Tutorials

"Introduction to SQF 2000" (50 students)

This "Introduction to SQF" online training course is a training program to introduce the Food Safety Management System and its general requirements to your employees. The training provides an introduction to certification programs and an overview of the requirements of SQF Food Safety Management Systems. This program is approximately 1/2 hour long.

"HACCP Team Training" (10 students)

This training is designed to prepare your HACCP team for its roles and responsibilities for the Food Safety Management System. The training includes the following modules: Understanding SQF 2000, Introduction to PRPs, and Principles of HACCP.

"Internal Auditor Training " (2 students)

Our online SQF 2000 Internal Auditor training program is designed to help you meet this requirement, and to create an audit team of trained, qualified auditors who can effectively audit your food safety management system. Effective internal audits assist you with attaining and keeping certification as well as ensuring the effectiveness of your system.

This is an online, interactive training course that teaches the trainee the different requirements and steps of the audit process and audit techniques. The trainee gets first hand experience with each step as they complete the course exercises and perform an audit of our practice company "Mandy's Vanilla".

The course also addresses the need for auditors to understand the fundamentals of SQF 2000, prerequisite programs and HACCP by providing training on each of these topics in its own module within the training. If the trainee is already trained in one or more of these topics, they are able to choose to complete only the module(s) that apply to them.

The course is approximately 6 hours long including the 4 modules, the exercises and the practice audit. The course is also an effective training for those assigned responsibilities for implementing the food safety management system, providing them with the ability to evaluate the compliance of the system as they implement processes and procedures.
