Paul has been a board member of the Canadian Supply Chain Food Safety Coalition and has contributed to the development of a national strategy for industry-led food safety programs. Currently, he is part of the PACsecure HACCP working group for the Packaging Association of Canada.

Deborah Valder
Senior Director and Managing Partner
Deborah, who joined PVC in March 2010 as a director and managing partner, has over 20 years of business ownership and management experience. Over the past 13 years, she developed a passion for customer service and quality control as she oversaw operations for a major full-service exhibit company. There, Deborah managed the company’s key customer relationships and was responsible for all logistical components related to trade shows including custom exhibit design, construction, transportation, show management, installation and exhibit set-up.
With financial accountability and reporting responsibilities, Deborah’s role at PVC allows her to focus on the development and maintenance of relations between our Independent Leadership Team and consultant network. Deborah collaborates with major clients at a senior management level to provide flawless project design and implementation.

Sandra Cistrone
Vice President, Quality and Business Improvement
Sandra is a member of the senior management team helping to develop strategic PVC objectives and drive business initiatives. When it comes to food safety she oversees our client requirements around regulatory compliance and quality. Sandra is ultimately responsible for all aspects of coaching, training and the implementation of Quality Management Systems, food safety and HACCP / GMP programs, customer complaints, process improvement and product development.
Sandra has extensive experience working independently as well as in team environments and has also successfully implemented the GFSI BRC Global Standard For Food Safety.

Jayme Frank, BSc (Hons)
Senior Project Manager
Jayme serves PVC clients as a senior project manager with a focus on project planning, design, implementation and management. Applying his business studies with a degree in marine biology, Jayme has contributed his expertise in the analysis, design and implementation of traceability systems across southeast Asia, Europe and North America.
Currently, Jayme contributes to the management and implementation of industry-leading traceability systems for numerous pilot projects and production systems whose size and scope range from small-scale regional initiatives to multinational aquaculture operations, commercial fishery associations, retailer seafood sustainability programs and provincial livestock production.

Don Lacey
Director, Business Development
Don has extensive domestic and international experience resulting from his technical assignments or management roles within Pepsi-Cola, Parmalat Canada and Loblaw Companies Limited. He provides strong problem solving and analytical skills and is recognized internationally, for his expertise in quality systems, across a broad spectrum of processed food commodities. Don has designed and presented customer focused quality training initiatives, which have been sanctioned by internationally recognized authorities.
During his career Don has earned a respected reputation for his ability to assess product and process problems quickly, develop and implement improvement strategies on time and on budget, while maintaining composure under stress situations. Don is very much a people-oriented manager, who understands the meaning business.
